Management Team

As CEO, Costi Karayannis is responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day business of the LearnPro Group, ensuring a strong client focus in everything we do.
Costi started his career at Accenture working on large scale global technology programmes, before achieving his Executive MBA at London Business School. He then spent 12 years leading global training services and software businesses with Babcock International Group (Industrials), VGroup (Maritime) and most recently with Capita plc. He has acquired, integrated and deployed a wide range of learning systems, technology and content in a variety of public and private sector organisations, including fire, police, and healthcare.

As CFO, Espe is responsible for managing the financial actions of the entire LearnPro Group. Espe is a dynamic, passionate and ambitious finance leader with extensive experience including strategy, M&A, business partnering, transformation and international expansion within practice, large listed corporates, private equity backed SMEs and start-ups.

Recognised for developing and building teams, processes and systems to support fast-growing organisations and advising boards on commercial and operational strategies.

As CTO, Gavin is responsible for running all of the IT function across the LearnPro Group, covering products, as well as infrastructure and office systems. Gavin is a highly experienced and qualified CIO, CTO and Board level executive with a Ph.D. in machine learning and a track record of creating business-defining products and technology teams across a range of industries. He enjoys working in both technology and commercial roles with equal facility and looks forward to using his previous experience scaling organisations to help LearnPro grow.

As Group Director of Customer Success of LearnPro Group, Edwin van de Snepscheut is responsible for building and leading the customer success journey. He started his career as an operational fire officer. Via the Royal Dutch Airforce, BP and RISC, Edwin became responsible for development of the Fire Brigades and Training sites for Falck outside Denmark in 2004. In 2011 Edwin joined XVR, in 2016 he moved to Singapore to lead the operations over there. In 2018 he returned to HQ Delft and continue his work being responsible for costumer success and the academy.

As Group Commercial Director , Ferry is responsible for all commercial activities of the LearnPro Group. He’s leading both the Marketing as well as Sales departments of the entire Group. Ferry has spend most of his career at XVR Simulation, 12 years as product manager and later, in 2017 he was promoted to marketing manager. His background as product manager gave Ferry a substantive background to engage both existing and future customers. Ferry is excited to help LearnPro Group to the next level and keep growing the customer base.
